The tripod is good and worth its price. I would like to see a bit less plastic around the build, it works in most places, but the swivel to extend the tripod by winding could be better material. the tripod overall has a good quality build, its firm and strong, it's important that the extendable neck and legs are some aluminium alloy.I don't like that the pan-handle is required to stay screwed in to keep the camera mount fixed, as taking it off is not an option. the mechanism to turn the camera into portrait mode could also be made of better materials, and sags a bit on the right side from weight of the camera due to no support under it. I have to lock the mechanism while holding the camera slightly higher to account for this.The extendable neck is impressively well made. The camera mount works really well and is good quality. The lock mechanism to pan is very good, a bit stiff and the lock dial is very disappointing.Extra features like the hook and handle are a bonus.I like that there are two center balance checkers, one at the neck and one on the mount. Very useful. The pan handle is decent quality.
