This flash is a very affordable tool to explore close up photography with a very good range of settings. It’s has packed almost everything you need to know before you move on to the top of the league ring flashes.Specifications :Flash control: Insulated Gate Bipolar TransistorFlash power : GN14 (ISO100)Working range: 20cm ~ 5mFlash configuration: Two flash tubes can be fired singly or togetherExposure Control: TTL, Manual, Multi-shotFlash Ratio Control: ±6 stopsFlash power settings (manual): full power to 1/128th power in 1/3 stop incrementsIndependent control of tubes.Colour Temperature: ~5500kExternal interfaces: Camera hot shoe, Flash Sync. port, external charging portPower sources: 4*AA alkaline batteries or AA Ni-MH batteries (not included)Extra Function: Power saving, over-heat protectionSize of control unit: 143*73*61mmSize of flash unit: 130*126*28mmWeight: Approx 465gThe flash also comes with a stiff case which is brilliant at keeping everything together and safe.Accessories include adapter rings for different lenses filter thread size: 52mm, 55mm, 58mm, 62mm, 67mm, and 77mm, if nine of these for your lease the seller offers to contact them and they’ll send out the one you need. The ring flash fits to the lense as any filter would, just screw on and attach the flash with small button on the side. You press it again to release it.The back panel is clear to read even in now light as it’s backlit. The flash can also be fired the conventional sync lead.Be avare using wide angle lenses as it gives quite obvious vignette and by saying wide I mean 24mm and wider, you’d probably start seeing vignette some, but I only tested this flash with one fixed zoom wide angle lense.I really enjoy exploring the capabilities of this ring flash and it hasn’t disappointed me in any way, especially taking in consideration the price. It’s great value for money. Just one thing, I just wish someone marked the a and b flashes , as I keep confusing them. But I guess, that’s just a matter of getting used to it.
